Corsair, Dock lifted their blue ribboned trophy only 26 seasons ago, the presentation of The Ryan ‘Giggsy’ Atherton trophy was made by family member Lee Atherton, runners up were Queens Park
(Mike Burkey 2, Mathew Rainey2, Lee Gibson) who finished their league proggramme in a high scoring draw with FC Bidston (Dega Taylor, Alan Goodhall, Danny Whitehaed 3), another high
scoring game saw Great Float Sports & Social sink Beechwood (Tyler Neill) 11-1

As the curtain comes down in Division One one time promotion hopefuls Corsair FC dipped to AFC Shaftes (l Massey, Ryan Griffiths 2) 3-2, Wirral Radio called the tune with Ellesmere Port Athletic (Kyle Farrington) 3-2 with Matty Lydiate ith a brace and Mike Dougherty bagging the goals

Division Two Runners up Bromborough Rake (Charlie weston 2, Connor Hughes) finished their debut season with a share of the spoils 3-3 with Eagle Stirrup FC (Kieran Byrne, Cieran
O’Loughlin, Jordon Martin), Upton Town warmed up in midweek with a 5-1 success over Wellington FC thanks to Tom Ward, Tom Murphy, Dan Andrews, Matty Ward and Chris Turk before their Wirral District Football Association on Tuesday 22nd June versus fellow division rivals Belmont FC at AshVille FC with a 6.30pm Kick Off, Upton are still pushing for promotion with one game to play and could finish the season in fine style, Belmont will play their final league game a week before the the cup final

Victoria Colts who had a dip in form towards the end of their campaign missing out on a runners up medal but did claim the third and final promotion spot drew with AFC Tima (Jack Kelly), on the scoresheet for Colts was Kieran Tyson, Rangers Breaks (Billy Newman, Mark Fitzpatrick, Liam Roberts, Ryan Christionson) continued their fine form of late to finish their season in fine form 4-2 ver AFC Raeburn (M Foulkes, Jonny Cable) coupled with a superb hatrick from Billy Newna in Midweek over Victoria Colts in a 3-1 win, Wirral Athletic (Harry Huggins, Dylan Palmer, Luke
Hughes) shared the spoils with Parkgate St Germain (Ben Turley 2, Corey Kennedy), Glenavon Athletic (Dan Nettleton, Jimy Parsons, Steve McShane earned maximu points at mid table AFC Park North but missed out on promotion
